My pedagogical philosophy is strongly influenced by Hans Aebli's problem-based construction. I believe in constantly evolving my teaching practices, and learning more about it. My recent endeavour to improve my teaching-learning knowledge and skills is Graduate Certificate of Higher Education at the Deakin University. I was granted the Advance HE Fellowship (FHEA) in 2022.

University Leadership Roles

• Monash University: International Engagement (India) (2023 - ) - I manage the international engagement with Indian industry and universities for research and educational relations.
• Deakin: Academic Director for Coursework Research (2020 - 2023) - I manage the coursework research, i.e., honours and PhD pipeline for undergraduate and postgraduate students at Deakin SIT. Results: More than 35 peer-reviewed publications by honours and masters students from their research projects within 1.5 years.
• Deakin: Course Director of Bachelor of IT Honours (2020 - 2023) Results: Increased new enrollments in two years in the cohort (more than prev. school average in Covid period).
• Deakin: Academic Coordinator (2020 - 2023) for international collaboration with Chitkara University India. Results: More than 250 enrollments in three years in the cohort.
• Deakin: Course Team Member (2020) of Bachelor of Software Engineering (Honours).
